Date: May 29, 2025 Author: Walter Code

Last week, Walter Code proudly represented Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the country’s first-ever national pavilion at GITEX EUROPE 2025, held in Berlin. The event brought together forward-thinking companies and digital pioneers, and Walter Code stood at the forefront — highlighting the potential, creativity, and technological strength of the region.

Bringing AI to Architecture, HealthTech, and EduTech

At our stand in Hall 1.2, Pavilion C70, visitors met the minds behind Walter Code — Sanel, Amela, and Anida — and explored our latest innovations across the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), HealthTech, and EduTech sectors. Our team emphasized how AI and precision delivery are reshaping these industries, not just in theory but through real-world impact.

As part of our engagement, Sanel Delić delivered a live talk titled:

🎤 “Evolving Architecture: How Can AI Transform the Future of the AEC Industry?”

Held on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:00h, the session explored:

  • The bottlenecks slowing architectural progress.
  • AI’s role in design, construction, and sustainability.
  • The future of digital twins, AI agents, and how they’re transforming the industry.

Introducing the Walter Code Innovation Lab

In conversations with global stakeholders and tech leaders, Walter Code also presented one of its cornerstone initiatives — the Innovation Lab. This structured program is designed to help both internal teams and clients move quickly from ideation to market-ready MVPs.

The Walter Code Innovation Lab offers:

  • A clear framework using Lean methodology and real-world validation.
  • Full support through mentorship, resources, and strategic guidance.
  • Tools for market research, business modeling, and MVP development.

This initiative helps accelerate MVP creation, ensures quality through early validation, and offers a reliable pathway from idea to launch — minimizing risk and maximizing impact.

Importantly, the Innovation Lab was developed as part of the Challenge to Change 3.0 project, with financial support from Sweden, and is implemented by Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SERDA) and Agency for Enterprise Development Eda.
